About the Center
At Sankara Healthcare Foundation, Inc., we are committed to enhancing healthcare accessibility through strategic partnerships delivering services to rural and urban populations in Tirupati.
Established in 2005 with blessings from HH Pujyashri Shankaracharya Swamigal, the Sri Kanchi Matam Urban Health Center offers free outpatient clinics for General Medicine, Ophthalmology, and Dental care. Consultation fees are 20-25 rupees and medications are provided free of charge.
A new facility is under construction on a 33-year lease from Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). Operational expenses including salaries, medications, utilities, and other costs total approximately $4,500 per month.
